Timelines

Our shipping times include processing and handling times and are an estimation of when you'll receive your items. For custom or made to order items, we require an additional 1-2 days to make your items.

You will receive an estimation for your delivery date which includes all making times at checkout. We provide same-day proofing on custom items, and require approve within 1 day to meet timeline estimations.

Please note: For time sensitive occasions, always order early. We will do everything we can to ensure you order arrives on time, however there may be unforeseen delays for reasons outside of our control. Carrier delays that affect your order will be shown on our order tracking page.

Return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns and pay the return shipping label for Canada & Continental US customers. There are no return fees for International clients, however, we are unable to cover the return label cost.
