No Design tool, no problem. We will convert your artwork into an engraving at no additional fee. Custom illustrations and graphics are available for an extra fee.

Design Guidelines

• Design using product dimensions while including 1/8" bleed or Download Our Templates
• Black and grey elements will be engraved (use up to 3 shades for layering)
• Use vector artwork or raster artwork at 600 dpi
• Convert fonts to outlines (Shift + Ctrl + O)
• Use font sizes 8pt and higher for legibility
• Lines should be over 1pt thickness; thicker lines engrave better
• Do not reverse your artwork or add crop marks

Timelines

Our shipping times include processing and handling times and are an estimation of when you'll receive your items. For custom or made to order items, we require an additional 1-2 days to make your items.

You will receive an estimation for your delivery date which includes all making times at checkout. We provide same-day proofing on custom items, and require your approval within 1 day to meet timeline estimations.

Please note: For time sensitive occasions, always order early. We will do everything we can to ensure you order arrives on time, however there may be unforeseen delays for reasons outside of our control. Carrier delays that affect your order will be shown on our order tracking page.

Return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund for your items. There are no handling or restocking fees, and we'll cover the label for orders within Canada & the US.
