Shipping Information

Your order is produced and shipped Monday - Friday.

We ship worldwide! Please place your items into your shopping cart and click the checkout button to see your personalized shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, and the weight of your order. All orders are shipped in one box to save costs and minimize our footprint, meaning the longest delivery commitment will be used for your order.

If your order is travelling overseas, please include your phone number at checkout. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can't redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Our next business day begins at 2:00 PM PST. Orders and proof approvals received after that time will be subject to next day's timeline.

At Artisaire we have a responsibility to keep our customers, employees, and partners safe. We are closely monitoring health guidelines given by authorities to make sure we are providing a healthy environment for all.

The production and customization of your orders are running as planned. There are not currently any closures on any shipping routes we use to send our products. We are monitoring current trade regulations and will update you on any closures through our newsletter and website.

I haven't received my tracking number yet - I'm afraid my order won't arrive on time!

US & Canada
Flat Rate Shipping is 2 business day shipping - you will receive your tracking number via email by 2:00 pm PST two business days before the estimated delivery date provided to you in checkout. 

Express Shipping is 1 business day shipping - you will receive your tracking number via email by 2:00 pm PST one business day before the estimated delivery date provided to you in checkout.

Rest of World:
Ship dates and delivery dates will vary based on your shipping address. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Victoria, BC, Canada. 

We are not able to offer local pickup as we do not operate a store front, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

For US Orders

Normally our clients are not charged any additional fees for orders crossing the United States border with our NAFTA agreement. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, sometimes our clients are sent an invoice for duties, taxes and tariffs. If there are any duties, or fees charged to you via UPS, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service at info@artisaire.com. 

For Rest Of World

Overseas clients are responsible for any duties and taxes charged to them. Please note that we are currently keeping up with CETA, please include your Tax ID (if applicable) in the address portion of the checkout so that it is automatically included on your shipping documents.
