We ship worldwide! Please place your items into your shopping cart and click the checkout button to see your personalized shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, and the weight of your order. All orders are shipped in one box to save costs and minimize our footprint, meaning the longest delivery commitment will be used for your order.

For orders with customized products, your delivery time will start after approval of your digital proof. You will receive your digital proof within one business day of placing your order, if you are in a rush, please check your inbox regularly.

All orders are shipped from Victoria, BC, Canada.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Normally our clients are not charged any additional fees for orders crossing the United States border with our NAFTA agreement. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, sometimes our clients are sent an invoice for duties, taxes and tariffs. If there are any duties, or fees charged to you via UPS, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service at info@artisaire.com Overseas clients are responsible for any duties and taxes charged to them. Please note that we are currently keeping up with CETA, please include your Tax ID (if applicable) in the address portion of the checkout so that it is automatically included on your shipping documents.
