No Design tool, no problem. We will convert your artwork into an engraving at no additional fee. Custom illustrations and graphics are available for an extra fee.

Design Guidelines

• Design using product dimensions while including 1/8" bleed or Download Our Templates
• Black and grey elements will be engraved (use up to 3 shades for layering)
• Use vector artwork or raster artwork at 600 dpi
• Convert fonts to outlines (Shift + Ctrl + O)
• Use font sizes 8pt and higher for legibility
• Lines should be over 1pt thickness; thicker lines engrave better
• Do not reverse your artwork or add crop marks

The Steps

Materials: Wax Stamp, Sealing Wax, Low Temperature Glue Gun

1. Insert Sealing Wax into Glue Gun, and allow 5-7 minutes to melt
2. Squeeze trigger to dispense a 1" circle of sealing wax on your surface
3. Press Wax Stamp into sealing wax and allow 5-10 seconds to cool
4. Gently peel Wax Stamp from sealing wax, if sticking occurs give more time to cool

We recommend chilling your stamp on an ice pack between sealing.

Care

To care for your stamp, clean with a jewelry cloth as desired to bring to a shine. Avoid abrasives as they can damage the engraving. If sealing wax stuck gets stuck in the stamp, make another seal to pull the wax out.

Timelines

Our timelines are an estimation of when you'll receive your items and include all processing, making, and handling times. For custom items, we require proof approval within 1 business day to meet our timelines. You will receive an estimated timeline for your order at checkout.

Please note: For time sensitive occasions, always order early. We will do everything we can to ensure you order arrives on time, however there may be unforeseen delays for reasons outside of our control. Carrier delays that affect your order will be shown on our order tracking page.

Return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns and pay the return shipping label for Canada & Continental US customers. There are no return fees for International clients, however, we are unable to cover the return label cost.
