  • How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

    For most locations you will see an estimated delivery date at checkout. This is an estimate based on the items you are ordering, and your chosen shipping speed. This timeline takes into account weekends as items aren't made, shipped, or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

    While we do provide a fair timeline for when you can expect your order, there is a chance for delays such as harsh weather, regulations, and order volume that could affect these timelines.

  • What is your order cut-off time?

    Our order cut-off time is 2PM PST.

    Orders placed before our cut-off time will start processing same day. Order placed after our cut-off timeline will start processing the next day. The estimated times given at checkout take our cut-off times into account.

    For proof approvals: We require an approval by 2PM PST the next business day to stay on the timeline provided at checkout. We will update you of any timeline changes if your approval comes in later.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Our primary carrier is UPS.

    As we are located in Canada your commercial invoice for your order will be generated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the equivalent dollar value of your order placed in USD.

    The information entered into the shipping address at checkout will be used on the Commercial Invoice as well as any other shipping documents. We are unable to make any changes on these documents as well as any other order invoices as these are official documents.

    Please check with your country's guidelines to ensure that all required information is entered in the shipping address. This may include a VAT number, receiver name, phone number, email, etc.

    Do I have to pay any taxes, duties or other fees?

  • All Artisaire shipments originate in Canada.

    Orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD are not charged additional duties and taxes.

    Any order over $2000 in value, may be subject to additional import fees, this includes orders to the United States. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient - Artisaire is not responsible for covering duties, taxes, brokerage or any import fees on orders over $2000 USD.

    NEW - International Shipments: As of September 01, 2020 Artisaire is now covering a portion of the duties and taxes on all orders under $2000 USD. Your prepaid portion of duties and taxes will be collected with your shipping rate in checkout.

  • What happens if I refuse my package?

    We work hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, with all your items. If something about your order does not seem right, please accept your package then contact us at info@artisaire.com

    If you refuse your package without direction from us you will be responsible for any shipping charges.

  • I gave the wrong address, how do I fix this?

    If you have ordered using the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make corrections until your order has been shipped.

    After your order has been shipped we are unable to re-direct your package, and you will have to place another order.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box in Canada we will ship your order with Canada Post. If you are in the US, we will ship your order via USPS. Your estimated delivery date may be subject to change if an ineligible shipping carrier has been chosen.
