You have 30 days from when you receive your order to experience our products, with the comfort that you can return any item for any reason, including custom products.
No delivery or restocking fees, return any unused items purchased on Artisaire.com, including customized products 30 days after receiving them. Enjoy the sophistication our products bring, stress-free.
What is eligible for returns?
You can return any unused items purchased on Artisaire.com, including custom products. Your refund will be the value of the products, less shipping costs. We will not be able to process a refund if used products are returned.
How can I return my Artisaire.com products?
To initiate a return, please navigate to your customer portal, select the order number you wish to return, and press "return" in the bottom right corner of the Order Contents page. You will receive a response to your return request within 1 business day.
If you checked out as a guest for your order, please email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you are returning and our sales team will assist you.
When will I get my shipping label?
If your return request is received within 30 days, we will create and pay for the shipping label to return your products. You will receive this label via email within 2 business days of your return request.
What if I have multiple order to return?
You may pack all your items in one box, just be sure to include the original order number for all your items.
When will I be refunded?
Once we have confirmed all the items in your return request have arrived to our location we will proceed with your refund. Within 30 days from your ship date, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and will take banks 3-5 days to process.
If you would like your refund for the returned items as a store credit please reach out to us at email@example.com. After 30 days from your ship date, your refund will be processed as store credit only.
Can I exchange my order?
If your order has not been shipped please reach out to our customer team at firstname.lastname@example.org (or start a chat). If your items have been shipped, the easiest way to do an exchange is to start a return then place an order for the items you'd like to exchange/replace.
Please note: We are unable to ship out a replacement order for an exchange without a new order placed.
Can I return damaged or defective product?
At Artisaire every product is thoughtfully made. Every item is approved for quality 3 times before it is sent. If you receive anything damaged or faulty please contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you, even if your return period has passed.
Can I return items outside of the return timeline?
Yes, you may return unused, non custom items 30 days after receiving your order. You will be responsible for any delivery fees for ARTISAIRE to receive your order, and you will receive your funds back as store credit only once we receive your returned item(s).
