Thank you for shopping with Artisaire! We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, you can choose a full product refund or store credit. Just let us know your preference when you start your return. Here’s everything you need to know.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You'll have 30 calendar days from delivery to send your return our way. To be eligible, items must be new and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility as a return label is not included. We're unable to accept COD deliveries. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since we can’t be responsible for returns lost or damaged on their way back to us.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is quick and easy:
- Submit your request. Click the "Start a Return" button above to open our return portal.
- Get your RMA number. A member of our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack it up. Place your item securely in it's original packaging.
- Please wait for your RMA number before shipping. Returns sent without one may be delayed or returned to sender.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days. We'll send you an email as soon as it's complete.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Shipping Charges
- Samples
- Swatches
- Artwork Services
- Custom Items*
*Custom items include anything personalized such as wax seals, stamps, or stationery featuring your names, dates, monogram, artwork, or logo.
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit to reorder when you’re ready. Just reach out within 7 calendar days of delivery using the contact details below, and include a few photos of the items. There’s no need to send anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we’ll cover the return shipping. We’ll take care of the rest.
