Mailing

Our wax seals are flexible to meet modern mailing demands. When mailed on the outside of an envelope, additional fees may apply. (USPS Non-machinable rates, Canada Post Non-standard Mail.)

We recommend mailing wax seals inside your envelope to avoid additional fees. Wax seals can be used as closures for belly bands, vellum wraps, and overlays.

Timelines

Our below timelines include all processing, handling, and making times and are an estimation of when you'll receive your items. For custom items, we require proof approval within 1 business day to meet our timelines.

Please note: For time sensitive occasions, always order early. We will do everything we can to ensure you order arrives on time, however there may be unforeseen delays for reasons outside of our control. Carrier delays that affect your order will be shown on our order tracking page.

Return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns and pay the return shipping label for Canada & Continental US customers. There are no return fees for International clients, however, we are unable to cover the return label cost.
