We cannot replicate or engrave artwork we haven't made, or you do not hold the copyright. We can create our version of an idea you'd like for your project; however, we are unable to copy someone's work exactly. If you want to use the artist's work, contact them directly.
We create the artwork to use for your custom wax seals or custom wax stamps. Send us reference material and a description of what you are looking for, and we can make your vision real.
Service must be combined with the purchase of a Custom Wax Seal or Custom Wax Stamp.
Process
- Our artists will create artwork and send a proof within 1-2 business days
- Approve your artwork via our online app (2 revisions included)
- After proof approval, your order will move into production (production time + shipping time)
- You receive your completely custom item
Please note, our artwork services are non-refundable once we have started work. We provide 2 rounds of revisions with all purchases and are happy to offer additional revisions within reason to ensure we get it right.
Return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns and pay the return shipping label for Canada & Continental US customers. There are no return fees for International clients, however, we are unable to cover the return label cost.

I ordered a custom wax stamp but did not have the ability to upload the art work. I sent them copies of ideas and they created the stamp exactly as I envisioned it. They sent the stamp along with a wax seal showing how it will look. I have also received was color samples, and this company has excellent packaging and provides a beautiful box opening experience.
