Ordering FAQ's

  • How do I add/change/cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, email our team at info@artisaire.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to make any order modifications, or cancellations if your order has already been shipped. For custom items, we cannot make changes after the items have been made.

    For orders that have the status of "Awaiting Fulfillment" we are able to make changes to your order. To add items simply place another order, and let us know you are adding items to a previous order in the customer notes, and our team will refund you the additional shipping.

    For cancellations on eligible orders email our team at info@artisaire.com and we are happy to help you.

  • Can I shorten my timeline?

    If you are in a rush please choose either expedited or express shipping at checkout for a quicker delivery.

    The estimated dates at checkout outline our typical delivery time and items cannot be rushed faster. For custom items, please watch your inbox as our engraving team will send you a proof that requires your approval to continue if your artwork requires changes.

    If you have just placed your order, and want a faster timeline, contact our team at info@artisaire.com to upgrade your shipping speed.

  • How long will my order take?

    You will receive an estimated timeline at checkout that details when you items will ship (dispatch date) and when you will receive your items (delivery date). Orders placed before 2pm PST will start being processed same-day.

  • What currency does ARTISAIRE charge in?

    As we are located in Canada, we offer CAD pricing to our Canadian shoppers. All orders outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

    If you are shopping outside of your local currency, your bank may charge you an FX (foreign exchange fee) to convert the currency to your local currency. This is not a fee charged by Artisaire.

  • What is my order status?

    If you have created an account you can view your order status through the orders section on your profile. You can create an account here

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also offer accelerated payment methods such as Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    To pay with Debit Visa or Discover Card, please select the PayPal option during checkout.

  • How can I set up an account?

    Ready to set up an online account for easier shopping?

    1. Click the profile icon at the top right of the screen

    2. Click "Create Account" under the Sign In dropdown

    3. Fill out the required fields.

    With your account set up you will be able to checkout faster, store card and shipping details, follow your order status, as well as view your order history.

  • How do I login to my account?

    You can login by tapping or clicking on the profile icon on the top right of your screen. Once the login dropdown appears, enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here

  • How do I change/reset my password?

    You can reset your Artisaire account password here. Simply enter the email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. It is important to only request 1 password reset at a time. As sending additional requests will invalid your current reset password link.

  • How do I set up a PRO account?

    If you are a business or creator who makes items with our products, or wishes to resell our products, you may be eligible for a PRO account. With a PRO account you will have access to our business pricing. To set up a PRO account, you must have a current Artisaire account (create one here). Then apply for PRO status here.
